The Family Medicine clinic is located in Professional Office Building 5, on the south side of Texas Health Dallas’ main campus, at the corner of Twin Hills Lane and Fogelson Lane. Free parking is available in lot 16 directly in front of Texas Health Resources University.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

On the day of the appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. We will do our best to see you at your scheduled appointment time.
