My wife and I went to this store, paid for a Refrigerator, and still, it has not been delivered after about 4 weeks. Terrible customer service!!! After calling and calling and texting I found that the fridge may not be good enough to deliver. Why was it on the floor to sell? Buyer beware!!! Don't buy from Best Buy Outlet, just a waste of money and time which is more valuable, not to mention my food that goes bad because I'm waiting on a fridge that never arrived.

Your phone communication stinks, could not understand the person and they could not figure out what the information I was seeking. Could not talk to my store. Had to go directly to the store, to see if a product was in stock. And I live quite a piece from the nearest store.

I was shopping for a gift and wasn't totally sure what I needed. I had a bad experience at another store and was so delighted that Mike was more than happy to help me! Not only was he knowledgeable he understood what I was looking for even though I wasn't sure. Bad customer service.They should have provided the missing product and installed the machine way soon.Even after reminding again and again they were not sending required missing part.Customer service chat associates kept on transferring the chats to other associates which is very bad and time wastage.No one was able to fix the issue.

First dryer i took home did not heat up and had to exchange

Evelyn (I think-young hispanic short girl) and Chewy were amazing. We went a minute before 6pm and they were closing for only pickups. I explained online with map the hours appear to be same as regular store next door which closes at 8pm and that we had to rush to Dallas to borrow a truck to drive all the way back to pickup a washer, but wanted to see before purchasing online, and he let us in. Then Evelyn (I think) was super nice, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable! I thought I knew what I wanted going in but she educated me even more and helped me feel comfortable and not rushed to make a good choice. She noticed a problem on the item I initially selected and both of them quickly and efficiently grabbed another one and checked me and loaded the item without making me feel rushed. You do not get much professionalism like that anymore, truly impressed!
