Awesome place, nice people, great bikes that road well. Seeing the city, Katy trail icehouse is a must stop! Go see the DIRK statue too!

I had an amazing and fun experience with the owner. My new electric bike chain broke, came to replace it and they fixed it super fast and the prices were very affordable. The funny story is that right after I drag my bike out from the store and rode it, forgot to decrease the gear to 1. And... Just within a few minutes, I broke the chain against the derailleur. And brought it back to the store for the second time lol. Also, even the second repair cost was extremely affordable. The owner gave me what should I do with gears when riding an electric bike. I was going to ask about the veteran discounts if not. Lol Best experience with them so far!

Chris is awesome. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had not only at a bicycle shop, but ever. He took the time to explain to me the repairs, why they were needed, helped me shop through the products and make an informed decision, and was just an all around nice guy. My bike went in the shop wobbly and flat, and left stable and with a way better ride. Thanks again Chris for the help!
