Former professor, designer and artist Lyle Novinski, MFA, a University of Dallas fixture, passed away peacefully on April 28.

Novinski left an indelible signature on the campus and curriculum of the University of Dallas.

Alexa Hassell, BA ’23, used to take rosary walks around campus as a freshman. Last month, the Exodus Retreat gave her a chance to pray by the statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe one last time as a student.

The gift will provide scholarships to one student from each undergraduate class every year on the basis of merit, need and leadership.

Every physical space – each room, hallway and community area – at The St. Anthony School was created with our students’ diverse challenges in mind. For example, many of our classrooms and common areas have dim lighting and neutral color palettes to not overwhelm the senses.


Students from grades 3-12 will be taught a curriculum based on their capabilities and strengths. This means that a fourth-grade student capable of performing sixth-grade mathematics will receive customized lesson planning for both their academic level and learning style.
