With only 1 employee in a store, mgmt would never be able to see how great both these sales guy are to the customers. They need to be recognized , compensated, promoted , etc….. they both deserve it. Samantha was fantastic in answering all of my questions and concerns. My husband and I were obviously skeptical of finding such a good deal on a Tempurpedic mattress, but she assured me that they were able to sell them at they price they are, due to minor imperfections, such as a light tear in the plastic bag they come in. Which I could care less about, but if you are buying this a Tempurpedic from a retail supplier such as Mattress Firm, I completely understand that if you are dropping $5K on a mattress, you expect it to be in PERFECT condition. But, if you are like me and would rather buy a mattress over 50% off because you couldn't care less about a minor imperfect, then this is the place to go!
