Working from home and staring at monitors has resulted my neck and shoulders always feeling “tight”. As I entered GTP, I felt a sense of quality and care. Neatly placed books, meticulously-organized training equipment, and friendly trainers. Dr. Tee introduced himself and explained the needling process he would be performing. Throughout the needling, Dr. Tee was very kind and genuinely cared and listened when I pointed to areas on my neck and shoulders that hurt most. When Dr. Tee asked me to standup, I was at first shocked at the mobility when turning my head left to right.

I politely asked Dr. Tee to make me an appointment in two weeks.

Highly recommend and I hope that GTP can provide you the same level of relief it has for me.

This facility has become my second home. I was newer to the area, and looking for the best physical therapists in DFW. I found them! GTPR has the most advanced faculty I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best in the country as a former elite athlete).

I wanted a physical therapist with knowledge and experience with mobility, functional movement, and the nervous system. I came in with an acute rotator cuff injury, and a lot of old injuries that I never fully healed. I’ve also had several TBIs, so I was concurrently looking for a neuro rehab practitioner. I found all of this at GTPR between Scott and Nathan. Bonus that I’m also building more strength now as my injuries healing, and Nathan programs this into my sessions.

All of the personal trainers here are also amazing, and I highly recommend their massage therapists as well.

The staff here goes above and beyond 5-star rehab training and experience. Scott, Amanda, and the entire team have built a culture of integrity, compassion, and excellence, and it’s palpable every time I come through the doors. It’s also a fun and relaxed environment. All of the staff have great rapport, and you can tell that the culture is of high importance to Scott and the team here.

I can’t say enough great things about GTPR for both rehab and as a gym. They offer Clearlight infrared sauna and compression therapy as well, which have both helped me a lot with recovery and general well-being. If you’re considering this faculty at all, here’s your (well-informed) nudge to give one of the practitioners an initial visit.

This is by far the best gym I have ever worked out in. It has the most experienced, dedicated and educated trainers I have ever encountered. It also offers tons of other services that are necessary for recovery if you workout and live an active lifestyle. I highly recommend GTPR to anybody looking for that next level gym.
