4worldlovers: We went through our custom shades purchasing process for the very first time, so like most started looking around for well reviewed locations. Stoneside stood out so we went ahead with them and we're glad we did so. Melanie was our designer and she really took her time walking us through all options and to get a feel for our design style. Never felt rushed or pushed towards any particular direction. We ended up getting a completely different product than we originally thought of, thanks mostly to her expertise. The options can be daunting, but we're very happy with where we landed. Joe then helped us finalize our measurements and do the install as well. He was very friendly, helpful, and meticulous when it came to the details which I appreciate given how big of a purchase this was. Gave us lots of tips and things to watch out for and you could tell wanted to give us the best experience possible. Would highly recommend Stoneside, and in particular it was great working with Melanie and Joe.

Nobody referred me to Stoneside, I was just browsing the Internet looking for a good company that does window coverings. I was looking at the customer reviews as reference and considered Stoneside. Received first class service with Stoneside Blinds! Did a bunch of research and free design consults / measurement appointments with various blinds sellers - at all different price points - and ultimately went with Stoneside. So glad I did! They had the modern look I was going for and both Shae and Francisco seemed extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have a new construction home and needed blinds on every window, so this was a big purchase and I was nervous about it. But Shae was extremely attentive and professional and Francisco did flawless work with the installation. Highly recommend!

I ordered vertical blinds for my patio door. I expected custom blinds to be expensive but the price was very reasonable. Amanda (the designer) and Joe (the installer) made the whole process very easy. I didn’t have to place the order, pick up the blinds, try to fit them in my car, take down the old blinds, measure, cut, drill, or clean up - they did everything from start to finish. I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them!

Service person on time and very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. A refreshing experience after sooo many poor customer service experiences with recordings and wait times and numerous transfers. Also received instructions for replacing AA batteries in the future. Loren and Colin has been so helpful over the years with my motorized blinds. During the multiple visits over the years they are always super nice and helpful, pulling out books of colors and they have most (or all) blind types on display to lower and adjust just like you would at home! They are very service oriented, always willing to stop by for an adjustment or measuring. Even after the sale they have been fantastic. The painters took down my blinds and did not put them back up right, so Ross Howard came out and adjusted all of them for free. They have such incredible customer service. 100% recommend!
