With each visit to our private suite of modern, upscale therapy and treatment rooms, our board-certified physicians, therapists, psychologists, certified nurses, and substance use disorder psychiatrists will help you gain new insights into your recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) offer more support and guidance than traditional once-a-week rehab counseling and are complemented by family, individual, and group therapy, as well as educational sessions.

This is an ideal program for working professionals and those living at home who need a structured setting and convenient evening hours. Intensive outpatient treatment programs meet for approximately 3 hours per day, 3 days a week, and run for 8 consecutive weeks.

Enterhealth also offers a Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP), which provides the support and guidance of an IOP, but with a less intense schedule.

The primary goal of SOP is to help individuals to re-engage in recovery and use their enhanced knowledge gained in residential care to prevent relapse. Supportive Outpatient Programs (SOP) meet for approximately one-and-a-half hours, 2 days a week, and run for 8 consecutive weeks.

Enterhealth’s maintenance outpatient programs provide medication-assisted substance addiction treatment for clients who need to continue to work and/or look after their families. Receiving these specialized services in an outpatient setting offers patients more flexibility.

Our Personalized Intensive Treatment (PIT) program (also referred to as a Partial Hospitalization Program or PHP) is perfect for those who require a higher level of care but don’t need the intensity or 24-hour medical supervision that comes with a residential (inpatient) rehab stay. The program focuses on the science of addiction and mental health and uses a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of addiction – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

The PIT program offers programming for 4 hours per day, five 5 days per week, but allows patients to return to their homes in the evening and over the weekends. This daily programming helps those with mental health and/or addiction problems maintain a better quality of life by offering support during the beginning stages of healing and by teaching them things like accountability, coping skills, insights into triggers, general life skills, as well as how to cope with change (both good and bad).

Then the intensive outpatient program offered by the caring, experienced team at Menninger Solutions Outpatient Services may be just what you need.

The Menninger Solutions team helps adults and their families gain the tools to deal with their substance use and co-dependency. More importantly, they walk with each client and family so they may gain the confidence and resources for living their most meaningful life.

The intensive outpatient treatment program facilitates establishing healthy recovery and strengthening the important relationships between family members. Clients also work on their relationship with their Higher Power and new 12-step communities.

You'll never have to walk alone again with pain, fear, guilt or shame brought about by a substance use disorder or addictive behavior.

Clients attend their sessions during weekday evenings. The first six to nine weeks features therapeutic groups and individual counseling for clients from 6 to 9 pm Mondays-Thursdays and multi-family groups from 6-9 pm on Thursdays.

In the second phase, clients step down to three evenings a week, followed by two evenings each week.

Clients who have completed an inpatient substance use treatment program may enter at the transitional level, which starts with four sessions a week, then three and then two. Each client’s transition is based on their own needs and progress in recovery.

The fourth phase is aftercare; clients may attend these weekly sessions as long as needed or wanted. The team works closely to develop a continuing care plan that meets each client’s needs. Aftercare participation is free of charge.

In addition, clients are asked to participate in a minimum of three 12-step meetings weekly.

Addiction and substance use affects the whole family. To support the family during this time, Menninger Solutions asks the immediate family to participate in at least one Al-Anon or Families Anonymous meeting weekly.
