Our capacity is limited to ensure the best experience for all of our guests. If capacity is reached, we have a wait list for those waiting to play. You are welcome to call and check on current capacity if you plan to join us. We recommend groups arrive early when planning a morning visit to best accommodate the number in your group.

We require a waiver form for each minor who visits our location. If you have not visited us before or since June 2020, you can save time by filling out the waiver online before your arrival.

Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for each child before entering the play space.

Please note that we are not a drop-off center or childcare facility. Parents and caregivers must stay in the play space and supervise their children at all times.

If at all possible, please do not bring strollers into play street museum. If brought in, we ask that you leave them in the waiting area.

Our restroom is outfitted with a baby changing station. Please change all diapers in the restroom.

We do not allow food in the play area....be sure to fill up your little one's belly before you arrive. They will receive a snack or a drink on the way out (included in admission).

Outside drinks for children and adults are permitted and encouraged. Bring in your favorite drink and relax for a few!

We reserve the right to ask children that are being disruptive to leave if they are interfering with the learning & play of others.
