This place is clean and the spots have enough space for your slides and the awning to be left out . We put on underpinning cause we moved in , in October and are still new at this and just wanted to stay warm. But it is a big thing to get permission for that kind of stuff, we never meant any disrespect, again all this is new,,, still. But Bless Ms . Phillis she let us know,. and let us stay. For all the rules we've learned not to break, y'all know it was the dog that got us booted. Any one looking for a big HAIRY fur ball of love. He never bothered any one but we just couldn't make him obay the rules.

Called day after Thanksgiving. Kim the owner called me back and was able to give us a site. Was having issues with rig. She said if we needed to stay longer. Just let her know. Super FRIENDLY staff. Park is small and QUIET. Thank you Kim.

We are in a peaceful setting, between Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard, just minutes from Garland, Plano, Rowlett, Murphy, Wylie, Richardson, and the President George Bush Turnpike.

We spent 4 weeks here and have booked another extended stay for December. Great staff!! We were visiting family in the area and were unsure of our schedule. They worked with us every step of the way. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that the sites are close together. We were lucky and didn't have a neighbor on our living side most of our stay. Early in our stay sprinklers were coming on 3 times a day and soaking sites, but that wasn't the whole time. The main road driving through the park is a bit rough, but take it slow and it's manageable. We checked out of the campgrounds in the area and this IS the best! Nice common areas for all to enjoy. If you need a nice, safe campground in the area, look no further!

Do all RV pad sites have 30 amp and 50 amp electrical connections?

Yes, so no matter what your needs, we can accommodate your RV at every pad site.

Where is the nearest public boat access to Lake Ray Hubbard?

Yes, we love pets. There are some restrictions on some breeds of dogs, please check our Rules and Regulations found here . All pets must be registered with the office. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at RV pad site.

Pets may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. No more than one common household pets per RV unless previously cleared by Office Management.

What is the maximum number of people allowed living in one RV?

Four and there is an extra monthly charge for the fourth person to cover our costs.

Yes, we have carefully placed picnic tables around the park for your enjoyment.

Yes please bring your grill. We love the smell of food grilling and the sounds of friends visiting in the early evenings. In addition, the resort has multiple outdoor grills for you to use and enjoy grilling and chilling.

No, each site is intended for a mobile RV unit on wheels

While we do not currently sell propane on site, we have partnered with a local distributor, less than a mile away, who schedules deliveries for the larger rigs several times a month.

The days of cable are mostly gone. Our wifi allows streaming on every site. In addition, our community center has multiple TVs.

We offer daily, weekly, and even extended stays longer than 30 days. Some of our families have been here since the day we opened. You are going to love this place.

All guests are required to register and check in at the front office prior to their reserved site number. A driver’s license must be readily available and up to date upon arrival. All guests will need to provide a copy of their driver’s license and will be subjected to a background check. Guest will be permitted ONE (1) RV and up to TWO (2) vehicles per assigned site, depending on sizes of vehicles. All vehicles must be parked off the street in the designated spots located near the sites and may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours. Lake Ray Hubbard does not store vehicles/RVs. Every RV owner is responsible for orderly maintenance of their own site and is required to be kept clean at all times.

Clean location, well-organized and maintained. Under new ownership and you can already see the difference. They welcome both RV homes as well as tiny home living. Also, there are newly installed speed bumps.

Pinnacle RV Inspections performs third party, independent RV and Park Model Inspections prior to sale. We recently inspected a diesel pusher at Hidden Valley RV park. The park was very well kept, and quiet. This was our first time to visit Hidden Valley, but we hope it isn't our last. This is a very nice park tucked away in Wylie,TX.
